Partnership to support mHealth Evidence

Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs (CCP): Leveraging decades of experience developing and managing POPLINE—the world’s most comprehensive online collection of population, family planning, and related reproductive health and development literature—CCP has managed the mHealth Evidence project website since 2012. At project inception in the summer of 2012, CCP reduced initial resource requirements for building by re-using existing POPLINE code and infrastructure.

WHO mHealth Technical & Evidence Review Group (mTERG)/JHU Global mHealth Initiative (GmI): Tapping into a broad array of global experts in health, technology and research, the GmI will provide leadership along with the mTERG on the development of the mHealth Evidence taxonomy. In addition, graduate student members of the GmI will provide the human resources and intellectual acumen required to properly identify and categorize existing sources of evidence.
